Unique, our White Balsamic stands out with its grape variety: White, it is made from Moschofilero, Savatiano & Alepo grapes carefully cultivated and selected in the heart of the Peloponnese in Nemea.
To obtain this elixir, our balsamic is aged in oak barrels for only one year, no more, no less.
Thus, it offers you the perfect balance between sweetness and acidity with its notes of candied fruits, citrus, and green wood.
Fruiter, like white wine, its notes pair wonderfully with sauces, marinades, fish, and vegetables.
