We brown boneless veal shoulder pieces in a broth of carrots and small onions, then we add fresh Normandy cream to obtain this creamy sauce so particular to Blanquette. Preparation tips

Reheat gently in a saucepan or in the oven at 200°C in an earthenware dish. Can be supplemented with mushrooms and served with rice, pasta or potatoes.
