Michele Portoghese Fusilli con buco are artisan pasta made in Italy from durum wheat semolina. Bronze-drawn and slowly dried at a low temperature, their hollow, twisted shape holds sauces for generous mouthfuls.

Preparation and serving
Cook in plenty of boiling salted water, following the cooking time on the packaging. Taste towards the end to achieve your preferred texture. Reserve a little cooking water to help combine the pasta and sauce.
Serve with tomato sauce, pesto, cooked vegetables or a creamy Parmesan sauce. Toss with the sauce just before serving to coat thoroughly.
Storage
Store in a dry place away from heat and moisture. Reseal the bag carefully after opening. Check the packaging for the best-before date and allergen information.
