"Star" product from the Cannery..... This gourmet and exquisite Flemish specialty is the link between the Cannery's products and the Flemish origins of the Van Oost family. This mixture of four white meats in jelly, rabbit, chicken, pork, and veal with a hint of premium Houlle juniper, is an explosion of flavors.

Preparation tips

Refrigerate for a few hours before consuming, then, using a large kitchen knife, unmould the meat, keeping its cylindrical shape. Cut slices of about two centimeters. This way each slice will contain a little of all four meats. Serve cold with a portion of hot fries, a salad, and a good Belgian beer (be careful with alcohol abuse). Enjoy your meal!

Ingredients: Pork, Rabbit, Chicken, Veal, Jelly, (pork gelatin category G, dextrose, acidifier: citric acid, SULPHITES), Houlle Juniper 2.5%, Salt, Pepper, Aromatic herbs.
