An appetizer with an authentic taste! These delicious pure butter appetizer shortbreads are made with PDO Sainte-Maure de Touraine goat cheese, which makes up 22% of the recipe. This iconic cheese, combined with 10% wild garlic, offers a perfect marriage of sweet and subtly herbaceous flavors.
• Artisanal and local production. Our shortbreads are made in France with premium ingredients, such as PDO Charentes-Poitou butter, Label Rouge Occitan wheat flour, and free-range eggs. Extra virgin olive oil and a touch of fleur de sel enhance the overall flavor.
